        通風管道加固的技巧分享!

        通風管道生產線在很多情況下很容易出現松動一味的情況,這個時候我們就需要對通風管道進行加固。
          Ventilation pipeline production line is prone to loose blindly in many cases, at this time we need to reinforce the ventilation pipeline.
          首先,我們要先使用扒形裝訂針來固定管道的搭接口,裝訂針的間距好是50mm。裝訂時,裝訂針應與接縫略呈角度。裝訂針僅用于有蓋舌的搭接口固定,若無蓋舌,或平接口時,應用膠帶接片進行固定。然后再使用密封膠帶來進一步固定,一般來說,節能消音通風管使用的密封膠帶有熱敏膠帶、壓敏膠帶兩種。膠帶大為300mm,每邊至少1個。

When binding, the binding needle should be slightly angled with the seam. Binding needle is only used for fixing lap joint with cover tongue.           C. Enclosure reinforcement method, i.e. light steel keel reinforcement, is used in some special pipes which can not be applied in tie rod reinforcement and frame reinforcement, such as 900 elbows, tee pipes, stuffy pipes, etc.
          d.防下垂加固法,它用于特殊管道的加固,如變經管道加固和迂回管道加固。
          D. Drop-proof reinforcement method, which is used to reinforce special pipelines, such as pipeline reinforcement and circuitous pipeline reinforcement.
